Web Documentation

Here is a sample of documentation for a web application. It was to be a question driven application where the responses would drive next actions of the application. I've anonymized the content, but the format is accuate. The "EXIT RULES" provide an early end to the set of questions. Everything in the right-hand colum is written for ease of understanding in a layman's format and one with stricter definition for a developer to use.

Visio Diagram

Visio diagrams are a common format of documentation that I've used. It's great for process driven applications and is generally understood by most stakeholders.

Use Cases

Use Cases with a column for Action/Stimulus and another for Reaction(s) are another form of documentation I've used.
